AHC Webmaster Position

The Annual Hawaii Convention is looking for a new webmaster. Please see the file below for a general job description. Please contact our convention secretary for more details on how to apply. You will need to send a resume with your qualifications for this position. This is currently a service position and not a paid special worker position.

Current software in use:

  • Google Apps (Sites/Mail)
  • RegFox (Registration)
  • Quickbooks Online (Report Generation)
  • PayPal Here (Point of Sale Registration/Sales)
  • Microsoft Access (Report Generation)
  • Microsoft Word (Mail Merge)
  • Microsoft Excel (Various)

Candidates should have knowledge of basic HMTL, database query/report writing, as well as an ability to pick up new skills quickly and accurately. Further, knowledge of video conferencing is a big plus if it becomes necessary to hold meetings with members off-island.

The current webmaster will be available to assist in training as necessary.
